Entertainment Careers Advice for Schools

Over the past couple of years, we have been asked to visit various schools and give an insight into the world of entertainment as a career path.

Due to extraordinary interest, we have now developed these one hour tutorials into fun and interactive discussion groups, lead by working professionals.

The tutorials include a 45 minute presentation, a Q&A/discussion period and of course a detailed advice handout on the day.

These can be tailored towards specific year groups or accommodate the whole school.

The topics include
  • Where do I start?
  • What qualities do I need?
  • How do I identify the rogue traders?
  • What should I be prepared to spend money/time on?
  • What should I not spend money or time on?
  • Where can I train/study to improve my chances?
  • How can I showcase my talent?
  • Useful tools
  • Useful publications
  • How can I earn money while I am training/ perfecting my art?
We have a range of various tutorials to choose from:
